Our Story
EcoOhana is a movement, created by a group of volunteers from around the world to help raise awareness about environmental issues and to promote sustainable living.
We have experienced at first hand the effects of plastic pollution. Living on a islands of Hawaii we see effects of “Pacific Garbage Patch” on the environment which pose a real threat to endangered marine animals like whales, turtles, coral reef, fish, and sea birds.
We knew we had to do something, we started sharing information on social media about ocean and air pollution hazardous health effects, most of the people are uninformed or in denial.
We, created EcoOhana awareness movement that seeks changes in the way we live our daily lives, promoting ideas of minimal waste by using eco friendly products as an alternative to plastic which pose negative environmental impact and causing air and water pollution.
Our goal is to promote high-quality sustainable eco products that bring health to people and nature.

What does EcoOhana mean?
EcoOhana is derived from two words Eco and Ohana. Ohana is a Hawaiian word that refers to the family. Our store’s name refers to members, friends, or neighbors who fight for the same cause. We are proud of our heritage and pride in the product we sell, which includes all-natural, it summarizes our intent and philosophy to make the world a better place.
